Cool down (and get your greens!) on a hot summer’s day with this refreshing and healthy smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk)
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup Terhune Orchards summer spinach, de-stemmed and torn
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 cups fresh Terhune Orchards blueberries
- ½ cup ice cubes (alternatively — freeze your blueberries first and forgo the ice)
- 1 tsp Jersey honey
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. For extra nutrition, add your choice of chia seeds, flax seeds, protein powder, or oats!
