2017 Blueberry Bake Off Tied for 2nd Place: Pooja Gupta

Mix together:
2 ½ cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp orange zest
½ tsp salt

Mix together:
1 cup butter, unsalted
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
¼ cup orange juice
1 ½ cups blueberries

Directions:
Combine both mixtures, pour into a Bundt baking pan and bake at 325F for 50 minutes.
