Pam’s popular Canning & Freezing class is Saturday, July 27 at 10:00 a.m. Join Pam’s daughter Tannwen to learn the Mount family secrets for preserving peaches and other fruits and vegetables at their peak, and get answers to your canning and freezing questions. Peaches, blueberries, and corn are easy to freeze or can at the height of their freshness.
