Each week in April and May, a Spring Music Series, featuring live music and wine tastings will be held in the Wine Barn and courtyard at Terhune Orchards. Whether it is country, bluegrass or jazz, visitors will enjoy spring sounds by local musicians and the beautiful scenery of the farm in spring’s full bloom every Sunday afternoon from 1-4 p.m.
All winery events will be held in the Wine Barn. The large windows in the climate controlled barn are a perfect vantage point to watch farm life outside or view the stainless steel wine storage tanks and bottling line where white, red and fruit based wines are produced from estate grown grapes.
The historic tasting room is open Fridays–Sundays from 12-5 p.m. Enjoy our 12 wine varieties including red, white and fruit based wines, by the glass or as a tasting flight.
Wine tastings include a sample of five wines. For spring, try Blossom White. It has outstanding grape flavor with fragrant notes of honeysuckle. Barn Red, a full-bodied blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of cherry and strawberry aromas.
No cover charge for the Spring Music Series. Wine tasting is $5 per person. Wine by the glass and light fare is also available. Bottle are available daily in the farm store and the Trenton Farmers Market on Fridays and Saturdays.
