3 Tbsp. tamari or soy sauce 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar 1 Tbsp. sesame oil 1 head of broccoli (2 pounds) cut into 1 inch florets Kosher salt 1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped Whisk together tamari or soy sauce with vinegar.
