Blueberry Bake-Off Ingredients:
1 9" or 10" aked pie shell
2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
dash salt
1 TBSP butter
6 oz cream cheese
3 tbsp 10x sugar
2 tbsp 1/2 and 1/2
Blueberry Sauce:
Cook 1 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup water, slightly mash. Combine 2/3 cup sugar and 2 tbsp cornstarch and dash of salt in separate small bowl. Stir cornstarch mixture into blueberries and cook until thickened. Add 1 tbsp butter.
Dream Layer:
Beat together 6 oz cream cheese, 3 tbsp 10x sugar, and 1/2 and 1/2; spread on bottom of pie shell. Spread dry blueberries over cream layer. Pour blueberry sauce over all and serve.
