Blueberry Chocolate Chunk Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup white chocolate chunks
2 cups sugar ( 1 cup for cake)
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
2 2/3 cups flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
¾ cup margarine (softened)
3 eggs

3 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cups sour cream
1 cup blueberries

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease 13 x 9 baking pan.

Mix chocolate, 2/3-cup sugar, cinnamon and blueberries; set aside.  Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside.

Beat margarine, 1 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.  Add flour mixture, alternately with sour cream, beating after each addition until smooth.
Spoon ½ of batter into prepared pan.  Top with ½ of chocolate mixture.  Repeat layers.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.  Cool in pan on wire rack.
