Crunchy and full of sweet, apple flavor, these chips are addictive. Tuck them into your bag for snacking where ever you go. We dry them the old fashioned way in the oven but you can also use a dehydrator if you have one.
Preheat the oven to 225 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Use an apple corer to remove the seeds. Slice the apples in 1/8 inch slices with a mandoline or a sharp knife.
Arrange the slices on the trays and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Use tongs to turn the slices and bake for another hour.
Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
